Returns and exchanges
Return periods, preparing your item and how refunds are handled.
Items eligible for return
Standard AnetosArt items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns are governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 6.22810).
Items made to an individual order cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Item condition and return postage
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original intact packaging and complete as received. The original-packaging and saleable-appearance requirements do not apply to faulty items.
The buyer pays the return postage.
How to return an item
Please contact [email protected] first to arrange a return. We will agree on how to send the item back.
We initiate the refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned item, subject to mandatory statutory deadlines. Refunds are sent to the original payment method. The credit usually appears in your bank or card account within 5–10 working days after initiation, depending on your bank. This bank-processing period does not extend the legal refund deadlines that apply to us.
Questions and disputes
If you have a complaint about an item or an order, please write to us first. We will seek to resolve the matter by mutual agreement.
Consumer disputes can be considered out of court by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), A. Goštauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius. Applications can be submitted through the Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS).
