1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms at any time. The Buyer will be informed of changes to the Terms on the online store website.
2. Formation of the sale and purchase agreement
2.1. The sale and purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer creates and submits an order for goods in the online store after reviewing these Terms.
3. Rights of the Seller
3.1. If material circumstances arise, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without giving the Buyer prior notice.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to impair the operation, stability, or security of the online store or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store without notice.
4. Obligations of the Seller

If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Seller from delivering goods ordered from the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the sale and purchase agreement after informing the Buyer. The Seller may offer an equivalent product. If the Buyer declines it, the Seller undertakes to initiate the refund of the amount paid within 5 working days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right provided for in Clause 5.2 of the Terms, the Seller undertakes to initiate the refund of the amount paid by the Buyer within 5 (five) working days from the day the returned product is received.
4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller, whichever occurs first.
5. Rights of the Buyer
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Terms.

6. Obligations of the Buyer
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established in these Terms.

8. Ordering and payment
8.1. In the online store, the Buyer selects the desired goods and adds them to the shopping cart. After creating the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data required to fulfil the order: first name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and any additional information that may be relevant to the delivery of the ordered goods. The Buyer confirms that they have reviewed these Terms and submits the order.
8.2. Goods can be paid for in euros through Stripe Checkout. The available payment methods are shown at the payment step.
9. Delivery of goods
9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.

9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer within the time frames stated in the product descriptions.
9.4. The characteristics of all goods offered for sale are stated in the description accompanying each product. The Seller is not liable if the colour, shape, or other parameters of goods shown in the online store differ from their actual size, shape, or colour because of the characteristics of the Buyer’s monitor.
